Order processing times may vary! Our typical order processing time ranges from 5 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday), but can take longer during launches, restocks, sales, and holidays.
Please keep in mind, we are a small company that is run by one person, but we are working on expanding soon!
It can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for packages to be scanned in and tracking to update, but no worries, it's on it's way!
We offer two flat rate options, $7.00 for orders under 1lb and $12.00 for orders over 1lb to anywhere in the U.S.
- $15.00 for Canada
- $25.00 Flat rate shipping for the rest of the world.

We ship everywhere except Mexico, Italy, Chile, Kuwait, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and China.
Please keep in mind customs and additional shipping fees may apply depending on your country's postal service, and we have no control over these additional fees.

Nope! We have to abide by laws, and don't want anyone getting in trouble.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not accept returns. All cosmetic item sales are final. However, we do accept returns of non-cosmetic items like our enamel pins sets.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was not processed. The pending charges you see will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank. Please make sure the billing address attached to your card matches the billing address you enter.
