Products

Absolutely not! We would never put our animal friends through something so horrific. We pride ourselves in being 100% cruelty-free from the very beginning. We test all of our products on willing human subjects. We are also Leaping Bunny and Logical Harmony certified! More info on our Cruelty-Free Promise page.

All of our products are made right here in the USA. 

Everything except The Creepy Cute Palette, Arcana Palette, and Divinity Palette are handmade by us right here in California.

Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, and will remain 100% vegan forever. 

All of our ingredients are listed on each individual product page here on our website. All of our products are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.

Shipping

We offer two flat rate options, $7.00 for orders under 1lb and $12.00 for orders over 1lb to anywhere in the U.S. Free shipping for orders $75 and over (gift cards excluded.)
- $15.00 for Canada
- $25.00 Flat rate shipping for the rest of the world.
*USPS changes their shipping prices annually, so our shipping prices may fluctuate* 

We ship everywhere except Mexico, Italy, Chile, Kuwait, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and China.

As of July 1st 2021 the EU has a new VAT procedure for all imports. Shroud is not not responsible for VAT charges, customs, fees, or taxes on your package.

Unfortunately, Italian customs rejects all skin care products and cosmetics.

Please keep in mind customs and additional shipping fees may apply depending on your country's postal service, and we have no control over these additional fees.

Not to worry! Just shoot us an email with your new shipping address and we will get that sorted for you ASAP. 

Keep in mind we are an indie brand run by one person, so orders may take a little longer to be shipped. Orders typically ship within 3-10 days, but can take longer during launches, holidays, sales, and restocks. 

It can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for packages to be scanned in and tracking to update, but no worries, it's on it's way!  

We use USPS for all of our shipments. 

Nope! We have to abide by laws, and don't want anyone getting in trouble.

Returns

Don't worry, we got you! Please read our Refund Policy for more help. 

Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not accept returns. All cosmetic item sales are final. However, we do accept returns of non-cosmetic items like our enamel pins sets.  

Payment

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was not processed. The pending charges you see will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank. Please make sure the billing address attached to your card matches the billing address you enter.
