Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All cosmetic sales are final. However, any non-cosmetic items, including enamel pin sets are returnable.
Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number, reason for refund, and a photo if the product is damaged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us will not be accepted as returns, and will not be refunded.
Missing or Lost Orders
Sometimes packages will go missing during shipping, and with Covid-19 this has been happening more frequently. Please be sure that you provide a secure and correct delivery address for your order as we will be unable to replace or refund orders that show tracking marked as "Delivered". Please read our Shipping Policy to learn more.
It is not uncommon for USPS to mark a package as "Delivered", before the package has actually been delivered. If your order has been marked "Delivered" and has not arrived yet, please wait up to 3 to 4 days for the item to be delivered and if it does not arrive, please contact your post office. We have also seen customer's packages arrive at a neighbor's house quite a few times, so check with your neighbors as well.
