Shipping policy

We are a small company, run by usually one, and on occasion two people at a time, so packing orders can take a bit longer than you may be used to. Please be aware your order may ship anywhere between 3 days to a week and a half after it has been placed. This time frame will most likely extend during sales, launches, holidays, etc.

COVID-19 Shipping Updates
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, postal carriers continue to be impacted causing service delays that may extend the standard delivery timeframe. Please allow extra time for the delivery of a package, as couriers are handling a very high volume and are operating with safety restrictions in place that may slow down the process.

Shipping within the U.S.
We ship exclusively through USPS and we offer two flat rate options, $7.00 for orders under 1lb and $12.00 for orders over 1lb to anywhere in the U.S. Free shipping for orders $75 and over (gift cards excluded.)

Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days, sometimes even longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

International Shipping Methods and Customs Details

International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks, sometimes even longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States.

Shroud Cosmetics is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Shroud Cosmetics encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Shroud Cosmetics will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable.

We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value as this is against existing laws.

Returned to Sender
We often receive packages that are marked with "Return to Sender". This tends to happen when a customer has either made a mistake when inputting their shipping information, the customer did not claim the package from their Post Office, or the customer forgot to update their shipping information before moving.
We ask that you please double check your address is correct on your order and that you email us with any address changes before your order ships. If an order is returned to us, we will refund the customer for the order, minus the shipping costs.

Limit Per Customer
Due to the high demand for our products we have implemented a limit of 2 per customer policy on all products to ensure all of our customers have a fair chance at purchasing our products.

Address Forwarding
Orders that are forwarded to another location other than the address provided on the order will be void of replacements and/or refunds.

Weight and Value
Packages may not exceed 3LBS or a value of $300 per package. Orders over this weight or value will be split into two separate shipments.
